Condensing boilers make use of the heat from the flue gases that the boiler releases through the chimney, transferring it to the water in the heating network. While a conventional boiler releases flue gases at a temperature of 180–280°C, in condensing systems this temperature reaches around 50°C. As a result, the efficiency of the Wolf COB reaches 105%. The Wolf boiler “reads” the return temperature of the heating network and, in this way, “understands” the needs of the home at that specific moment. It then adjusts its output according to the actual needs of the home and does not operate continuously at maximum power like a conventional boiler. Whether it is oil, an oil blend, or biodiesel, the COB boiler can use them all with the same level of efficiency. This gives the consumer confidence for future heating use, with maximum performance.
